What does the trip include?
For your convenience, nearly all essential items and services are covered by the price of the tour. This includes all accommodation as indicated in the tour itinerary, many non-alcoholic drinks, ground transportation, airport transfers in Spain, tour leader services, site entrance fees, a bird list and tourist information. Orientations are usually provided at the tour start. In every tour except for Tours in Extremadura, all 3 meals are included for all inclusive holidays, but vary from tout to tour. The Bird tours in Extremadura are half-board (breackfast and dinner inclusive in price). Bird tours commonly include a breakfast, a cold lunch meal and a dinner for all full day tour. Each tour indicates what it includes in the description. Participants are asked to provide a copy or details of their travel insurance before travelling. Please read each tour description carefully.
Reservations, Deposits and Final Payment
By completing a booking form and signing your acceptance either by hand writing or by typing your name; you agree that you accept all Terms herein and that this is a directive to perform services on your behalf. All persons named in this booking are subject to this agreement and your signature implies acceptance of all terms by all participants named and that as signer, you have made all persons aware of the terms – regardless of how final payment is made.
Deposit
For all-inclusive tours, a deposit of 25% (per person), of the tour price is due 60 days before departure date, at the time of booking. The balance is due 40 days prior to departure. The tour price is per person based on double occupancy and includes those items mentioned in the itinerary, plus any prepaid optional items. Single room requests are subject to supplemental charges, and must be requested at time of booking. Group sizes are limited to a maximum (usually 8 persons) and a minimum (usually 2 or 3 persons). A booking is made by completing our booking form that can be sent by fax form or by e-mail (including the scanned booking form duly attached). This is to ensure that you are familiar with these terms and our release of liability.

At the time of reservation
We will communicate you to which bank swift code the bank tranfer has to be made. We currently do not accept credit card payment. If the requested tour is not available, you will not be charged, but offered an alternative, which you can choose to accept or decline. If you wish to pay your deposit by check, then a reservation will not be made until the check is received and cleared the bank. The deposit of 25% will be deducted from the final payment due.
Final Payment is complusory made by bank wire transfer. We will remind you of your final payment date in advance. If we do not receive payment or hear from you about your intentions to pay by 40 days prior start of the tour, then we may assume that you intend to cancel and you will be subject to terms of cancellation below
Last minute bookings
For clients booking a tour within 14 days of departure, the booking form must be sent to us by fax with handwritten signature. Payment is due within 24 hours of confirmation by bank wire transfer (copy of transaction faxed or emailed). If we do not receive payment within 24 hours, your booking is considered null and void unless you contact us directly to clear the issue and your booking intentions.
Price exclusions
The tours do not include all other trip costs such as airfare (all flight tickets), holiday and/or medical insurance, excess baggage charges, or any personal items / expenses. Meals in addition to those mentioned in the tour description are excluded, as well as any unpaid optional tour or sightseeing event. Drinks other than drinks included in lunch or dinner (water and/ table wine) are normally excluded.

Cancellation of tours
Once a deposit is received, a reservation confirmation is made, and final payment is due 40 days prior to tour departure. If a cancelation is made after your deposit, within 60 days or more and 40 day before the tour, none of the deposits are retained. If a cancellation is made 40 days prior to the start, all deposits are returned except 60€ per person. When full payment is made and cancelation takes place within 39 – 30 days before departure: 40% of the total invoice cost is retained, between 29
days and 10 days before departure: 60% of the total invoice cost is retained, less than 10 days before departure: 70 %
of the total invoice cost is retained.
In the case of serious illness prior to the start of the tour all fees (less 100 €) will be refunded on receipt of a doctor’s certificate.
No refunds are available once the trip commences. There are no exception, including weather or other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for reason unforeseen, in which case a full refund will be processed, incidentally we also will absorb the bank transfer fees if any. If the tour is cancelled within 40 days of departure, an additional discount will be made for an alternate trip in addition to the full refund.
Alterations of booked tours
In the event it becomes necessary or advisable, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made. Wildlifers Spain Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen event or low number of participants. All participants of a canceled tour will be informed well in advance, they will receive a full refund or be offered alternative date for similar tour, which you can choose to accept or decline without consequences.

Responsibility
We do not operate exactly as a travel agent, as such cannot book flight(s) for our clients, however Wildlifers Spain Tours acts as an agent in securing all the ground aspects of these tours once we have met you at the arrival airport.
We are responsible to the participants for the arrangements, services, and accommodations included only in such capacity.
Wildlifers Spain Tours does not accept responsibility for losses or damages to personal properties.
Wildlifers Spain Tours , its employees shall not be responsible for personal injury arising out of the act of negligence of any direct carrier or other person rendering services or accommodations; nor are we responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, or any event beyond the actual control of Wildlifers or suppliers or due to force majeure. Participants are advised to take out a personnal / medical insurance to cover themselves against any cause above mentioned
Privacy
Your booking information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed or sold to other companies for any purpose whatsoever.
Acceptance of terms
You are enrolling in one of our guided holidays or self led tours, this implies knowledge of and acceptance of all General Conditions as above stated.
